SHIPPING POLICY

At StanPak, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions:

Shipping is available to residential and commercial addresses. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your order is lost or missing, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in tracking or replacing the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from StanPak. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items under the following conditions

Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stanpakco.com or (203) 488-4797 with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.

  • Custom orders or special items (e.g., custom-printed packaging, cut-to-size products) are non-returnable unless defective

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
